Third Reich Army Dagger

Only one dagger was designed for the Army and it was authorized for wear by both officers and senior noncommissioned officers. Two types of grips, ivory and orange.

Since the Army was secondary to the Party under Hitler, the Nazi Army dagger did not make its appearance until 1935, several months after Party organizations, such as the SA and SS, had already begun to wear their daggers.
